“Only young people themselves can understand well what they want” This is the root idea to form this program. The radio program aims to empower and mobilize youth to voice their problems and interests through broadcasting media. Climate Change becomes current and core issued discussed in the program nowadays. The young producers were trained in radio production in July 2009 to become skillful leader, producer, reporter and host of the radio program and ran the show independently. The team call themselves "Wonder Youth" and have worked on a voluntarily basis for almost a year already. The WY contributes to raise public awareness on Climate Change via on-air and off-air activities. |
